Subject: NJT Continues the memorial whistle salute tradition
"NJT_9-11-11_Salute.jpg" - image/jpeg, 741x942 (24bit)

This was passed along to me and I thought many of you would be interested to
see that NJT is continuing the RR tradition of performing a memorial whistle
salute to honor fallen Americans. I have included the text of the NJT
supplemental notice for 9/11 below, in addition to the attached image of the
notice.

If you are around the NJT service area at 1:00 PM EDT on Sunday, take a moment
and listen for the salutes!

Does anyone have any recollections or documention of the DL&W, Erie or EL
performing similar memorial whistle salutes in any area?

Never Forget!
