"ELYT91872001.jpg" - image/jpeg, (24bit)

The weekends are generally skipped because I assume JWC was off-duty, so we
jump ahead to Monday, 9/18. Before we get started, however, I'd like to
gauge interest in these reports and accompanying analysis by Steve and I.
Apart from Pat Moore, there has been very little response/discussion on the
List about this topic. I understand there are often plenty of people who are
interested but don't necessarily post comments, which is fine. If you find
these interesting, please let us know. I spend considerable time on these
posts, and if there's no interest outside of a few individuals, I'll take it
off-List and abbreviate. If you're not interested, it's perfectly okay. TIA
for your feedback.

Short report due to typical post-weekend light volume. Some power being
moved around.

TC-99: Nearly 2 hr AOS today, 3 cars for "HO", 3 for Mansfield. HO is
Horseheads on the Susque Div'n, is it Harding/Ontario on the Marion?

SC-99: OT and running thru to RN today with 2521 dit.

Cab hop out of V this afternoon. What could be up with that?

BM-9: Short train, mostly mty's with 2 Belts, 12 GN and 9 Lima's. P/u 2
Centurys off Brockway turn at UK.

NE-97 at PO: I interpret this to mean the 25 Lima, 13 GN and 6 N are off the
PC at Maybrook, "plus the conn" are additional cars off the NY Div'n. Or is
it the other way around?

NY-100: Fairly decent volume of rubber interchange at CO Sunday night with 5
B&M, 7 Bingo's and 19 CX. This is the only pig hotshot originating Sunday
night.

RC-98: BX and RC cars are a single block today.

GN-HF Xtra: will s/o at Ravenna (PC connection) with an H&W that must
operate via 2nd district (Y'town bypass) due to clearance. "Protect with
MF-74", means what?

SFE-100: about 30" AOS, p/u 4 Mahwah at Akron, most likely hy-cubes from the
Bedford OH stamping plant interchanged from PC. I'm surprised because it
implies the plant is operating 7 days/week; Monday pickup means parts
produced the previous day. At HF will p/u headend D&H block. Since this
train doesn't ordinarily handle D&H interchange, I suspect it's handling
TC-100's cars which must be annulled as I don't see this train on the list.

PN-98: dp GN about 45" AOS with a Century dit for V shop

Final entry: Harriet train out of UK tomorrow, what's a Harriet train?
