"Farewell1.jpg" - image/jpeg, 685x1966 (24bit)

There were two trips named "Farewell to the WB&E". The first one was on
June 12, 1938 and the second one was on December 4, 1938. Both went west
on the NYS&W to Stroudsburg, then the WB&E to Suscon and up the Susquehanna
Connecting to Hillside and then back to Jersey City via the Wyoming
Division and the Erie main Lackawaxen and east. The last train to operate
on the WB&E was in March of 1939. The December 4th trip was the last
passenger train to operate over the WB&E. I have to assume this trip was
some time before June 12th.
