A quick exploration of the digital elevation data near Delightful shows a
possible cut and curve just northeast of where Warren Burton Rd intersects
with 422. Unless some of the current roads in the area used the former
right-of-way, I can't find any other sign of right-of-way using the digital
elevation data. The attached kmz file can be opened in Google Earth, Google
Maps or other GIS programs.

Bob,

You are correct. The line north of Phalanx was graded but never saw ties
and rail.

I finally realized that this is Warren OH.

The line that was not built was the line north of Phalanx? The 1998 SPV
Great Lakes East shows that much of the line from Phalanx south was
built. The part between Minerva and Hopedale is or recently was operated
by the Ohio Central.
