A Boonton line discovery day sounds great. We haven't had one of these in a
long, long time. I believe NJT rebuilt the Denville wye track a few years
ago. When I was a kid the old air pipes for the switches were still in place
up on pedestals along the wye. You can see what I'm talking about in the
first Lackawanna in color book. There are pics of a steamer going through
the wye with the air pipes in view. I wonder if they are still there today?

Here's a very crude Denville Jct map I posted to the list a while ago. Very
crude!!
