"Oswego_Pig_Iron-1_edited-1-2.jpg" - image/jpeg, 388x500 (24bit)

Bob, you asked if I could talk to Mr. Abbot again about the actual routing
of the pig iron from Oswego to Morrisville. Unfortunately he does not know
anything more than what was previously said. Perhaps there are some records
in the Steamtown Archives that may shed some more light on this question.

Here are a few more photos by Mr. Abbot in my collection for your enjoyment
and education on this topic.
Oswego_Pig_iron-1 looks along the edge of the pier between the Ship and Gons
Oswego_Pig_Iron-2 is a view of one of the gons loaded with pig iron being
weighed at the DL&W Oswego Scales.

I wish I could provide additional details on these shipments, unfortunately
I canʻt.

I only ask that these photos not be shared without asking permission first.

Regards,
Ed Olszewski
