Would anyone know the phone number to contact Rapido?
I have a 3 car Comet set for NJT back in December (why they didn't do EL is
beyond me as EL was the first to receive these cars but that's another
rant) and the interior lights do not work on the cab car.

I contacted Rapido via their web form and received a quick response. to try
'shaking' the car to 'loosen up' the mechanism that turned on the lights
and to wave the wand all over the car. I reported that none of these
worked. Three days later I received a follow up and was told a new light
bar would be shipped for me to install but they will be off until January
4th and the item would ship that week.
Well, that week came and went and I heard nothing. So on January 7th I
sent another email and was told 'probably next week'. Here it is January
13th and still no response from Rapido.

This is not the support I was expecting from a company charging nearly $400
for an item. I would have expected, at least, a pre-paid shipping label to
send the item back for repair or replacement.

Being curious as to how to 'replace' the light board, I took the roof off
and see there are very tiny wires soldered to the light board. And they
expect me to have the equipment to solder miniature wires????

After further examination, the issue does not appear to be the light bar
but one of the contacts supplying current to the light bar has no spring in
it to supply pressure to the contact on the light bar. I have attached a
picture showing this.

I am extremely disappointed with Rapido and would really like to talk to a
person as I feel the car should be sent back to fix this problem.
