Yes, All between E. Orange and Brick Church Stations before the elevation  
of the tracks through the Oranges.   I've seen this Sec  on what  one would 
think is a mile post before.   Unfortunately we don't see  both sides of it. 
 My thinking is it might have been a delineation marker  for difference 
maintenance sections of the RR? It's not Secaucus.

The  numbers clues in C3385 are M106 and SEC 205. M&E 10.6 in C3385 puts it 
at  Brick Church in East Orange, NJ, according to Taber (looks like the 
same for  C3382-4). I'm not sure what SEC 205 means (Secaucus?), and if that
