Thanks. It was a great photo essay for someone who had been in the area before, but cannot travel much at this time.
Just one probably faulty recollection of mine--I thought I was told there was a branch or dock in the Buffalo dock area that was owned by the Great Northern railroad for grain export. I seem to have an old image of a GN F unit MUed with an EL unit in the Buffalo area--and it may have been across the water there from the DLW terminal.
