Well, it was a thought.  There must be a reason for delays.

Some years ago, there was  a glitch and a whole block of addresses was omitted from the mailing.   It took several weeks for enough people to recognize the problem to let us start to solve it and then several more weeks to get it fixed.

If the missing DIAMONDS don't show up soon, that might indicate a similar systemic fault.

  UPS does not move this kind of product on planes so there is no connection there.  Yes, UPS has a product called SurePost in which the UPS truck network moves packages with the USPS doing the final delivery but this has nothing to do with the delays in delivering the Diamond.
