And I was told ahead of time that it was a few volunteers/officers  at URHS 
that had asked NS if the 1074 was available for display  at the open house 
in Boonton, and so apparently they said yes!

this but  cannot  get 1074 + its Erie counterpart to Buffalo for the ELHS 
convention   later this year.  Maybe Jersey holds more political sway than  
WNY?  Lautenberg residual effect vs. Schumer and Gillibrand?   Does the 
ELHS  need to ratchet up the volume at NS?  I'm all for  getting Schumer 
and  Gillibrand involved.
