Seven subway tunnels are flooded and the only open access on and off 
Manhattan is the Lincoln Tunnel. We're experiencing light showers with no wind 
this morning but the devastation is remarkable to say the least. TV showed 
shots of Hoboken Terminal last night. What a mess.
