ASLRRA Eastern Region meeting is in Scranton on Oct 14th ---16th and the DL
will operate an excursion on Oct 14th just after the Steamtown Moscow train
departs at 12:30, the Special will board at Lackawanna Station at 12:45 and
depart at 1 PM, passing the Steamtown train at Moscow, and turning at MILL
returning to Scranton at 4
