Well, while there's a lot of plain 'ol running on the West End, you can easily model Hammond Yard (or later, Huntington yard), which would give you plenty of operational interest. You could have trains coming in and out of the yard with some scenic running into staging yards on either side. 


Operational opportunities abound, if you know where to look :)
