(erielack) Missing Handrails for Atlas Model of DL&W H16-44

As many of you DL&W HO modelers know, there were a couple of incorrect elements on the Atlas model of the DL&W H16-44, including the missing short handrail section on the fireman's side (long hood forward).  

Atlas offers the handrails as a separate part and I used a section of the handrail kit to add the missing section.  I also corrected the headlight, which was a twin sealed beam as delivered using the parts from an Atlas H24-66.
