When someone sends a photo and it's too big for your screen, hit CONTROL and the minus sign to shrink it, repeatedly if necessary.

If the photo doesn't fill your screen, hit CONTROL and the equal sign (you want the plus sign, but don't have to use SHIFT) to enlarge it, again repeatedly if necessary.
