(erielack) re #3693, Borden's Milk pigflats

To List; Some time back in Summer of 1965, I rode #21 from Hoboken to Binghamton. It had an E-8, a Baggage car, and one or two Long-distance Stillwell Coaches, as I recall.

Later that same year, I photographed the same train at Narrowsburg, with an E-8, 2 psgr cars, and a pig-flat, in that order; i don't recall what types of psgr cars, as the train was going away from me.

Could this have been one of the Borden's empty's mentioned in Mr. Thompson's letter that Paul T. posted? returning to Binghamton? Seems logical, I always wondered..... Thanks, guys. maybe i rode it on a Weekend, and shot it on a weekday.

Also of interest was the copy sent to G W Eastland, who gave me a letter of permission, to photograph on company properties.
