				The following message was included:
				Another attempt by Buffalo area interests to revive the former DL&W Buffalo passenger terminal. The station building and concourse were torn down years ago when the Niagara Frontier Transportation Agency converted the lower level baggage area into the service area for its light rail cars. The upper level train shed with its Bush style roof still has great potential if the surrounding industrial area is restored as part of the nearby Erie Canal Cobblestone District.
