(erielack) EL Equipment questions

I came across two items of interest on Ozark Mountain Railcar.com - 

1. The former Phoebe Snow diner #469/769 has been sold - anyone know where it 
went? 

2. For sale is former EL caboose #C351, later CR 21150, sold to GATX and now for 

sale after conversion to an office or something sorts. Anyone know anything 
about this caboose and/or where it might be now?
