The bolsters are plastic (as well as the underbody above the bolster), but with the .010 washer, and keeping one truck screw looser, I still have free movement of that truck, retaining my 3-point suspension.

I think Tangent is really going to get burned on this. A $32 "R-T-R" car that requires a pair of Kadee 20-cent washers to repair. UGH! (although to their credit, their website says they'll mail them out free of charge if you give them your mailing address)

That being said, once the washers are installed, they roll beautifully, and the paint jobs are simply marvelous.
