(erielack) HO Tangent DL&W Gons - Shim and Coupler Height

Pat and all,

It does raise the coupler height, but it is still fine according to my Kadee 
gauge.  The trip pin is now a touch high, but that is not a bad thing and 
can be bend down if you want to be exactly right.
