I recently (5 minutes ago) ran across this picture of Dearborn Station:

On right, the EL passenger train looks like it is 'facing' West - which
means it hasn't been turned, yet. Is the train being prepared the Eastbound
trip and if so, why was it not turned, first? If not, what is it doing
there? Also, is that a PRR sleeper just barely visible on the rear?
