Here's where the confusion lies: I thought the Silver Lake Drill worked the
Orange Branch and industries on the NY&GL up to Great Notch, while the
Greenwood Lake Haul worked industries from Great Notch west to the end of
the line. And after a while, when the traffic on the Orange Branch dried up,
the Silver Lake was abolished and the Greenwood Lake Haul picked up whatever
business the Silver Lake once had. This was all circa 1974-1975 from what
I've heard.

Is this true? If so, is the train you're referring to actually the GL Haul?
