Medium Approach on the DL&W was top red over flashing bottom yellow (two 
heads per mast).  That would indicate diverging route with next block 
occupied.

This indication was only put into service in the 1958 period, even though it 
did appear in earlier DL&W books.  Prior to that, a train would get a 
restrictive aspect - top red over bottom yellow.
