Now it is clear.  However the SIBL branch is on Madison Avenue just 
north of East 34th street.

it is not one West 34th.

I was hoping to get some books on the PRR GG1 but they are  all in 
Plainsboro and too much  trouble to order for the discussion on 
PRRCatenaryElectrics.
