I suspect that the ore you speak of Rich goes to Mingo Jct., Ohio, former  
Wheeling-Pittsburgh plant.  Weirton Steel (ArecelorMittal) at Weirton is in  the 
process of removing their blast furnaces.  W-P, and I don't know  the current 
name of the company, are still in service but don't know the current  status.
