WRTA (1240 AM Altoona, PA) is reporting that some State officials are talking about rebuilding the Kinzua Bridge, which was almost destroyed by a tornado about 5 years ago. This is the rail line which sold off its equipment last fall, and is a Kovalchick-related property. More later. Hard for me to believe that Pa. would put money into a project like this.
