Re: (erielack) 2009 Meeting

James et al,

We are still in the process of finalizing the date for the 2009 Annual 
Meeting in Binghamton.  At the moment we are checking hotels in the area 
for availability around Oct 1,2,3& 4rd of 2009.

The ELHS Eastern Spring Meeting is scheduled for March 29th, 2009 at the 
Parsippany, NJ Holiday Inn.  We have yet to determine  date for the 
Western Spring meeting.

So rather than plan in August, I'd like to do some planning over the winter.
