Mike, Photo evidence suggests you would want to use the Erie Milk cars (series 6650-6699), the ones with the outward swinging doors. They are available from Funaro & Camerlengo. The earlier (series 6600-6649) were converted primarily to express service by adding an inside sliding door. It doesn't seem to be the case that these were used from Steamburg (although these did get used in '63-64 handling milk from Beckers Dairy on the Sussex Branch). See the former on the back end of #8 (EL Passenger Service Vol.1, p.96) in a nice photo of the two Steamburg cars. Seeing that I did model the dairy, I need to know which cars to use. And which models to get. > Thanks > Mike Dickinson > > The Erie Lackawanna Mailing List > http://EL-List.railfan.net/ > To Unsubscribe: http://Lists.Railfan.net/erielackunsub.html > > > The Erie Lackawanna Mailing List http://EL-List.railfan.net/ To Unsubscribe: http://Lists.Railfan.net/erielackunsub.html ------------------------------
