(erielack) Interesting post card

Happened to find a rather interesting post card on eBay.  Supposed to be
from 1909, at Bradford, Pa.  Depicts a parade float, with a nice scale model
of the "old Erie Depot".  Also has a guy with a prosthetic leg, sitting on
the float - perhaps an injured railroader, or a Civil War Vet.
