Are you sure about this? Everything I've read indicates that NYNH&H 
interchange at Bay Ridge was not limited to PRR. For example, this is an 
excerpt from Tom Nelligan's report on PC's absorption of the New Haven in 
January, 1970 Trains: "NH cars formerly were dispatched through two 
gateways, Brooklyn's Bay Ridge Yard and Maybrook Yard...The Bay Ridge 
interchange with Pennsy, Lehigh Valley and Jersey Central was hampered by 
expensive, slow carfloat operation across New York harbor..." Tom is a 
published authority on New England RR's, although of course, this doesn't 
make him infallible.

The CNJ (and other railroads) did not have rights to operate anything int o 
Bay Ridge to the New Haven. All float traffic would be to Port Morris.
