I finally got a copy of Steve's "Trackside in the Rust Belt" with the Cal Banse photos. I was really intrigued by the photo (p.25) of the maroon and gray EL trailer. I couldn't find this EL number in any of the lists I have so had to try and figure out the genesis of this from photos. I am pretty sure based on what little I could find, that this is an ex-DL&W 200 series (201-282 ?) trailer. This group (O.L. 33' 4 3/8") was built by Fruehauf in 1955. Most of the series were trade-ins to Trailmobile in November '63. Rare photo. "Neat"!
