Drool, drool, drool... Sorry, I can't help it. These sure are a welcome addition; I look forward to seeing these up close. Thanks for sharing the photos Paul. Are these on dealers shelves yet, or is this a pre-production sample? Here's a sneak peek of these beauties. Check out the brake piping on the end! This is an absolutely EXQUISITE model that rivals brass at a fraction of the cost. The tiny lettering is completely legible, too! For comparison, there's also a shot of the PS2 car next to the ACF 2-bay Athearn car. It's truly a great thing that EL modelers (in HO *and* N scales) are getting beautiful models of a variety of EL covered hoppers nowadays. Aside the two Athearn cars shown in the photo, there's also been the Athearn PS2-2893 (aka the Greenville Erie/EL car) and the Atlas 3-bay ACF centerflow, too! - Paul The Erie Lackawanna Mailing List http://EL-List.railfan.net/ To Unsubscribe: http://Lists.Railfan.net/erielackunsub.html ------------------------------
