in the early 80's NY&le still delievered coal to GPC.  by then the bakery was shut down. also all of the farm that supplied products to GPC. they still moved the farm equipment into the 80's but that also dissappeared when it became the med/max state prison. Gpc use to split a covered hopper of flour with another facility in Auburn NY.

its now a exercise facility and wieght room  its kinda hard to use during the winter. poor convicts

 they did have a power house but i dont remember if they recieved coal. by then PCG Peter Cooper Glue was just a warehouse and most of the production was moved west to wisconsin or michigan.
