Technically, it was on the Old Road - the Metropolitan Edison plant just south of Portland, PA.

On the far east end, I can't think of anything other than the Met-Ed plant at Portland. The EL did have a siding into the PSE&G plant near West End, but I thought that was to be used for transporting transformers into/out of the plant.

There was also the Hoboken Power House that did receive coal - this powered the Hoboken Terminal area.
