    Perhaps someone on the list can supply the French.......I remember it beginning 'Plus ca change.......'
 
    Now if Sammy Miller had been there, his solution would have been - "Fire everybody!!"

Benton was ordered out of the service on the same date and instructed to report to General Yardmaster Foltz.
