Alrighty Then, Mystery solved! Scott, and other DL&W / EL N-Scalers, The sleeper that Scott posted is one of the old 
Rivarossi Smooth side Cars also sold in the late 60s early 70s by Atlas. These cars have not been available for a long, long time. I have some of these in Pennsy Tuscan.The three car Arnold Rivarossi sets that have been posted are "heavyweight" cars. Those sets have 6 wheel trucks and are more steam era than "modern". I'll have to start looking for some of these sleepers at train shows. And Darn, I was just at one this weekend, but didn't get this until Sunday. :-(
Nice find, Scott, that will save a lot of work on the Phoebe Snow sleeper, now back to the Tavern Lounge.....
