Jay Cohen (jaystrains?) in Florida can probably supply the kit.
HO plans appeared in RMC.
You are better off to buy the kit than try to build it from plans but I can provide the plans. A started kit is better than plans alone. The wood is easy to replace. The castings are hard to build from scratch.
Many (most?) craft kits never get built. As older modelers die their collections of unbuilt kits end up in swap meets.
Cohen concentrates on these old craft kits.
