You obviously were at West Springfield last weekend. That's where I saw the Reboxx display last year. For those who haven't seen it, the demonstration runs on parallel tracks on a (parabolic?) descent, bottom, and ascent. A "standard" truck on one track and a "Reboxxed" one on the other are released at the same time. Physics 101 tells us (via DaVinci and Newton) that they will go down at the same rate, return and oscillate (there's that word again) equally -- barring outside influence, such as friction. The demo sells the wheels without a word from anyone. There was a similar incident on the North Jersey Rapid Transit in Fairlawn, according to Cmdr Quimby's book. Randy Brown - -------------------------------------------------------------- The story reminded me of the Reboxx display which compares standard issue trucks with trucks which have had Reboxx wheels installed.
