John, EL traffic routed via Cincinnati was handled by B&O as haulage. Traffic destined for points on B&O including Cincinnati may have been interchanged at Dayton. Haulage traffic isn't necessarily handled as a seperate move, but can be mixed in with the host RR's cars. In these cases it's an accounting as opposed to operational entity. As an example, the consist for NY-99 on 10-27-75 shows TTX 253391 with REAZ 402107 and REAZ 402149 consigned to WJ Bullocks in Fairfield AL (suburban Birmingham). This car was forwrded to Dayton by MD-97, but shows as interchanged to SOU at Cincinnati, not B&O at Dayton. B&O provided haulage and would not have appeared on the waybill. Paul B I've seen the haulage rights on the system map, but were they ever exercised?.....
