Boy you guys got it tough. I need to be in NY City for a medical test. Don't want to fly for many reasons. I will drive my Mach I from East Tennessee to Lyons, NJ, and catch Midtown direct to NYC, take the 8th Ave. up to Columbus Circle and walk to the hospital. No sweat except for 629 mile drive.
