DF Barnhardt & Associates now has the Tioga Central operation listed for sale. No mention of the Phoebe coach, though the banged up DL&W baggage car and Erie boxcar are listed as part of the sale. Heh - I'm replying to my own post. I goofed. The engine in the video is not
the RS-1 in question, it is the Bicentennial RS-3U. According to the TC's
web page, the Susquehanna RS-1 is out of service:

have any former Erie or DL&W equipment anymore. Wasn't one of the baggage
cars DL&W?
