The engine in the video is not the RS-1 in question, it is the Bicentennial RS-3U. According to the TC's web page, the Susquehanna RS-1 is out of service: http://www.tiogacentral.com/equipment.php Also, it doesn't look like they have any former Erie or DL&W equipment anymore. Wasn't one of the baggage cars DL&W?
