The Amtrak loco and several types of cars were on static display at
Scranton Rail Fest. One could walk through the cars, inspect them and

From what I've read elsewhere, the Amtrak equipment was promised for
display in Scranton. Amtrak was having difficulties in arranging for CP
and NS crews to ferry the equipment to Scranton so Mr. Levin agreed to
bring (drag along) the equipment to Scranton with his train.
