Looking through a copy of the Erie 1957 "Local & Joint Routing Guide, Supplement 44", I had noticed that many of the routes specified interchange with the Monon at Wilders, IN. which is a small town 7 miles west of North Judson. In the guide, this route is listed as Route # 1, so I wonder if this was intended to be the primary interchange. I've posted a track diagram of Wilders from a 1920's Erie Track Profile book.
