The notation next to Bridge 60 is, as I posted before: "See DE Bridge File No. 60", the notation next to the South Washington Street overpass is: "See DE Bridge File No. 61", and the notation next to the Mattes Street bridge is: "See DE Bridge File No. 62" So, it certainly looks as though the name came from the bridge file number, and appears to be the 60th bridge from somewhere west of Scranton. Mike Del Veccio's explanation sure seems likely, especially since he researched the question. BTW, in my Timetable #4, dated Feb 24, 1974, in at least the speed restriction section (page 85), reference is made to Bridge 60 as a location. I also found a reference in Timetable #6, April 30, 1967.
