I've seen similar references in several Emplyee timetables to Bridge 60,
Plus, on the ICC Valuation map for Scranton, the notation next to the bridge
is:

"See D. E. Bridge File No. 60"

Sounds like that's the origin of the name....does D. E. stand for Division
Engineer?
