I'll echo Jim's comments on Greenberg's article. It doesn't just talk about Port Morris in its heyday, it actually lays out the history of the DL&W across Northwest New Jersey and how Port Morris evolved into the important rail operations center that it was during the 1950's. Great historic photos and well-researched text make it an article not to be missed by the DL&W fan (or L&H fan for that matter as Maybrook traffic is also discussed!).
