Hello, I have a set of Alco PA's for Microsoft Train Sim, and noticed that unlike most diesels, the train brakes don't lap. You can make a reduction of, for example 20 pounds, move the handle back half way, and you have a ten pound reduction. Just like the independant brakes.
Most locos in the sim work like the diesels I used to work on, you set your reduction, and unless you reduced it more, it stayed there unless you released the brakes.
Was this how the train brakes worked on the PA's?
I noticed the same thing on EMD SDP45's but I think that's just a botch job in the file.
