An off-lister has an ORER for April 1962 and it is the same deal as
below. Again no E-L trailer listing and no "Z"s among the roads
listing trailers. (Still trying to find the earliest listing of "Z"
designated trailers and specifically ELZ.)
Mike Oravec
July 1961 has trailers, containers etc listed in the back of the book. There is no listing for EL - ERIE- DL&W. None of those listed have a "Z" designation. I assume EL did not provide information.

Trailers are not listed in my April 1961 ORER. It looks like we are
zeroing in on the date when ORER started listing trailers, but that is
probably well before the origin of Z reporting marks.
